Preparations are underway for the 2012 Steering Group Meeting to be held in Roskilde, Denmark, June 27-30. Thanks to Prof. Søren Lund for taking care of initial activities for this meeting. Preliminary travel and accommodation information are as follows:

Depending on the seasons, Roskilde Youth Hostel offers rates at 85-105 USD / night for a single room or 95-120 USD for double room (single beds!) not including breakfast (10
USD/person ) or wifi internet: (1 h: 5 USD, 24 hours: 18 USD; 3 days: app. 36 USD).

July and August are the more expensive periods.
